Precision Test Supply deliver your order quickly, accurately, and reliably. Below you’ll find details on how we process and ship orders.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after [cutoff time, e.g., 2:00 PM EST] will be processed the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (if available)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Free Shipping

We offer free ground shipping on many of our products.

We primarily ship via:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS

Carrier selection may vary depending on order size, weight, and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States and select international locations.

  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers or oversized items.

International Shipping

  • We do not currently offer international shipping

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days at orders@precisiontestsupply.com with photos of the damage.

  • If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us for assistance.

  • Precision Test Supply is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, we are unable to make changes.
